These terms apply to all purchases made on yuzuculture.com by consumers in Spain and the European Union.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order, through the methods shown at checkout.

3. Pre-orders

Products marked as pre-order are paid when ordered and ship by the date shown on the product page (currently mid-January 2027). If there is a delay, we will tell you by email and you can cancel for a full refund. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships.

4. Contract and delivery

The contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. We deliver to the address you give us, within the times described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when you or a person you designate receive the parcel.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. How to do it, and how refunds work, is explained in our Refund Policy.

6. Legal guarantee

Our products have a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery. Glass is a fragile material: breakage caused by drops or knocks after delivery is not covered.

7. Customer service and complaints

Write to info@yuzuculture.com or to our postal address. We answer within 3 working days. A complaint form (hoja de reclamaciones) is available on request.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given by the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may go to the courts of your place of residence.
