Refund policy

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and we refund you in full. Just email info@yuzuculture.com with your order number.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. To do so, email us at info@yuzuculture.com with your order number (you may also use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required).

Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original packaging, to: Oscar Delgado Angles · Yuzu Culture, Carrer del Pare Llaurador 67, 08224 Terrassa (Barcelona), Spain. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. You are only responsible for any loss of value caused by handling the items beyond what is needed to check them.

Refunds

We refund the price paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait until the items reach us. Refunds go back to the original payment method at no extra cost to you.

Faulty items and legal guarantee

All products have the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery. If something is faulty or arrives damaged, write to us with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it, at no cost to you.
